Following a recommendation from former neighbor/friends several years ago who were clients of Heather I called her and she visited and toured my home. Following that time she continued to make contact with calls from time to time and/or send little notepads, calendars, Xmas items to stay in contact. When I finally decided to purchase out of State and sell my home in Aurora I interviewed two potential realtors along with Heather. While I had trust in the other two because I was acquainted with both I decided on Heather and was greatly satisfied with my realty experience.  She, along with those individuals working with her and all the help they provided made the whole sales journey an enjoyable and valuable experience even while she and others along with myself were dealing with all of the issues imposed by the covid pandemic.

Heather was phenomenal, she significantly exceeded all of my expectations. I was a first-time seller and she was great at walking through step by step and explaining what was next to come as well as providing reminders of the timelines we had coming up. She always kept me appraised of the latest updates. When it came down to going through the multiple offers we had she was so well prepared and diligently us guided through each offer as well as the pros and cons with each offer. She was soooooo patient and guided us down the right path and I felt so safe with her leading us through it. Such a stressful and exciting time she kept so steady and stable and always in good spirits, boy was her positive attitude addicting and helpful in those stressful times. The staging... oh so beautiful, I would have bought my house all over again, it looked so stunning.
